    I received a good offer on this listing today that was agreed to by all parties with a few minor contingencies. I will say that sellers seem to be in the mood to negotiate. There are some bargains out there to be had folks, do some digging and throw out an offer, ya never know!

    I would be shocked if they got anywhere the asking price the market has turned and yes sellers have started to see the ship has sailed and they missed the boat but you never know maybe they threw out a life raft would like to see the selling price after you close
